ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE

*With Paid Surcharge
Maintenance Benefits for the vehicle listed on the declaration page include the following:
1. Oil Changes – Up to five (5) quarts of oil to a maximum of $40.00 (3 oil changes per year maximum).
2. Brake Pads – Up to $100.00 toward the replacement of brake pads/shoes (labor charge may apply).
3. Battery – Up to $100.00 toward the replacement of a failed battery. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
4. Cooling System Maintenance – Up to $50.00 payment to drain/refill, pressure check, inspect hoses and clamps.
5. Tire Rotation – Up to $30.00 paid towards an annual tire rotation.
6. Wiper Blade – Up to $20.00 toward the replacement of one set of front windshield wiper blades per year.
7. Discount on Manufacturer’s 30,000, 60,000 and 90,000 services; $20.00 on 30,000; $40 on 60,000; $60.00 on 90,000. Your covered vehicle must be within 1,000 miles of the listed intervals to qualify for this benefit.
8. Annually – Reimbursement for Hand-Held Computer Engine Diagnostic – $40.00, Alignment Check $20.00.

HIGHLINE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Benefits for the vehicle listed on the declaration page include all of the items listed in Essential Maintenance plus the following:
1. Oil Changes – Up to five (5) quarts of oil to a maximum of $75.00 (3 oil changes per year maximum).
2. Transmission Service – Up to $100.00 toward a transmission service. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
3. Air Filter – Up to $50.00 toward the replacement of an engine air filter. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
4. Cabin Air Filter – Up to $50.00 toward the replacement of a cabin air filter. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
5. Spark plugs – Up to $100.00 toward the replacement of one set of sparkplugs. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.

ELITE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Benefits for the vehicle listed on the declaration page include all of the items listed in Essential and Highline Maintenance plus the following:
1. Oil Changes – Up to five (5) quarts of oil to a maximum of $100.00 (3 oil changes per year maximum).
2. Differential Service – Up to $50.00 toward a differential service. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
3. Transfer Case – Up to $50.00 toward a transfer case service. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.
4. Fuel Filter – Up to $50.00 toward the replacement of the fuel filter. Benefit can be used once during the term of this agreement.

• COOLING SYSTEM: Fan control module, heater motor, heater control module, heater core, coolant pump for heater, coolant heater solenoids or control valves, radiator heater core, heater control valve, and fan blade.
• ELECTRICAL: Sunroof motors, convertible top motors or actuators, power antenna, power mirrors, power trunk, tailgate, hatch, and side door motors or actuators(including vacuum motors or actuators). Remote door lock receivers. Wiring harnesses. Ignition lock cylinder, all manually operated switches. Driver information gauges. (Remote transmitters or key fobs, GPS, Radio, Stereo Systems, CD Changers, MP3 players, TV, Disc Players, Satellite Radio, and On-star units are NOT covered.)
• FUEL: Fuel control module, fuel rails.
• BRAKES: Components of the anti-lock brake system including: wheel cylinders, front or rear calipers, brake springs, pins, and hardware kits, wheel speed sensors (sensors  damaged by bad wheel bearings are not covered), brake hoses, brake lines, brake
combination or proportioning valves, master cylinder, ABS pump, ABS module, ABS hydraulic unit, ABS hydraulic control unit, ABS accumulator, parking brake actuator. (Brake linings, pads, rotors, and drums are NOT covered)

PLATINUM coverage includes all factory installed mechanical and electrical components except those listed below and in the Exclusions section of the contract.
1. All maintenance related items and the following parts including, but not limited to light bulbs (including Zenon and H.I.D. light bulbs), belts, hoses, filters, lubricants, coolants,
batteries, brake pads, rotors, drums, system restraint sensors, and airbags, paint, tires, wheels and rims, body components, glass/plastic, and factory recommended services.
2. Services suggested or required factory Warranty, recalls, or Technical Service Bulletins.
3. Any repair where the component had not broken or failed.
Coverage does not cover components which are not worn beyond manufacturers service limits or failed.
4. Rust or corrosion damage, all body repairs, convertible tops, air or water leaks or damage they cause, squeaks, rattles, sun damage, and any weather stripping.
5. Unless the optional HI-TECH coverage is selected, On-Star Systems, Satellite Receivers of any type, GPS Systems, Sound Systems, Radio and Stereo Units, Wireless Transmitters, Audio Visual Units or Displays, Televisions, DVD Players, Software for
any Onboard Electronics, MP3 Players, Any Electronic Interfaces are NOT covered.

• GASOLINE/DIESEL ENGINE: All internal lubricated parts including pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, pushrods, rocker arms and followers, timing belt/chain and gears, valves, valve springs, seats and guides, lifters, oil pump, manifolds, flywheel, ring gear, flex plate, core plugs, harmonic balancer and bolt, valve covers, timing cover, oil pan, vacuum pump, engine mounts. Also covered are turbocharger/supercharger housing, all internal parts, and the waste gate. The engine block and cylinder head are covered only if damaged by an internal lubricated part.
• TRANSMISSION: All internal lubricated parts in the transmission case including bands, clutch packs, gears, pumps, shafts, shift forks, shift rails, synchronizers, and solenoids. The torque converter, bell housing, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts, and transmission pan. The transmission case is covered only if it is damaged by an internal lubricated part.
• TRANSFER CASE: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case is also covered if damage is the result of the failure of an Internal Part of the transfer case.
• DRIVE AXLE 2WD / 4WD / ALL-WHEEL: All internal lubricated parts in the drive axle, axle shafts, differential cover, universal joints and yokes, constant velocity and double offset joints, wheel bearings, drive shaft, drive shaft center bearing, locking hub mechanism. The drive axle housing is covered only if damaged by an internal lubricated part.
• AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: Compressor, condenser, evaporator, accumulator, blower motor.
• COOLING SYSTEM: Water pump and thermostat
• FUEL SYSTEM: In tank fuel pump, metal fuel lines, fuel tank, fuel injectors, diesel injectors, vacuum booster pump, fuel distributor.
• ELECTRICAL: Alternator, starter motor, voltage regulator, and distributor.
• SEALS & GASKETS: Should seals and gaskets be required in conjunction with the repair of a covered component, coverage will be extended to include seals and gaskets on said covered components. Cylinder head gasket(s) and intake manifold gaskets are the only gaskets covered as a gasket failure. Head gaskets on diesel engines are not covered.

POWERTRAIN PLUS includes all of the Powertrain
Coverage items, plus items detailed below:
• AIR CONDITIONING: Expansion valve, compressor clutch, clutch coil, clutch bearing, pressure cutoff switches, receiver, receiver dryer, orifice tube, lines and fittings, AC dash control and modules, pressure cycling switch. Internal assembly including pistons, rods, valves, bearings, and shafts.
• NOTE: O.E.M. refrigerants are to be used if replacement is required. If failure is due to a covered component, and fluid conversion is necessary, the Contract will cover the  conversion parts and labor only.
• STEERING: Power steering fluid cooler, steering column coupling, power steering pump, steering main and intermediate shafts, power cylinder assembly, Pitman arm, idler arm, tie rods, drag link, power steering cooler, power steering control valve and cylinder, steering box or rack.
• BRAKES: Master cylinder, power assist boosters, and valves, wheel cylinders and calipers, vacuum assist booster pump.

POWERTRAIN ELITE COVERAGE includes all Powertrain and
Powertrain Plus items, plus items detailed below:
• FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel pump, metal fuel lines, fuel injectors, diesel fuel injection pump, diesel injectors, diesel vacuum pump.
• COOLING SYSTEM: Fan and fan clutch, primary electric fan motor, heater core valve, coolant recovery reservoir and radiator.
• SUSPENSION: Upper and lower control arms, control arm shafts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints, front wheel drive hub and bearing assembly, kingpins and bushings, strut bar and bushings, spindles and spindle supports, and wheel bearings.
• CRUISE CONTROL: Cruise control switches and actuator.
